Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
What founders ask before they build, with the price in it.
Do I need a technical co-founder to build my product?
Not to get it in front of real users. A co-founder costs equity and often months to find. I build the whole product in your company’s GitHub and cloud, one version at a time, and you can stop after any version. If you still want a co-founder later, they join a working product that already has users.
My app was built with Lovable, Bolt or Replit and breaks with real users. Can you fix it?
Yes, that’s a common starting point. Share what you have and I scope the first week free: you see exactly what it fixes (security, data, tests, the parts that break) before you pay anything.
What does it cost?
A week costs $5,600. Something is running by the first Friday; version 1, the first you can sell, takes one to four weeks, agreed on the scoping call. After that each version is a week at the same price, and you can stop after any version. Not sure what to build yet? The CTO Hour is €500 for an hour with me, credited against week one if you build within 30 days.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Everything lives in your company’s GitHub and cloud accounts, in your company’s name.
How is this different from an agency or a freelancer?
I decide what gets built; AI models write the code and I check it. You see working software on the first Friday rather than in month two, and I am on every weekly call, the same person who scoped the work.

Ask the next question on a call.
Twenty minutes, with the engineer who would build it. The first week is scoped free.
